Refund policy
Article 1 — Overview
This refund policy defines the conditions applicable to refunds for products purchased on the site www.pitchandstreet.com, operated by GMA INVEST SARL-S, trading as Pitch & Street.
It applies to all orders placed by individual customers through the Site.
Article 2 — Refund Period
We apply a 30-day refund policy from the date the customer receives the order. No physical return of the product is required.
Any refund request submitted after this deadline may be refused.
Article 3 — Refund Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the request must:
- concern a defective, damaged upon receipt, or non-conforming product ;
- be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order ;
- be accompanied by a minimum of 2 photos and a video documenting the defect or damage (any request without these elements will be automatically refused) ;
- include the order number.
Any request that does not meet these conditions may be refused. No physical return of the product is required.
Article 4 — Refund Procedure
All refund requests must be submitted by email to: contact@pitchandstreet.com, specifying the order number.
In the case of a defective or damaged product, the request must be accompanied by at least 2 photos and a video clearly showing the defect. Any incomplete request will be automatically refused.
After validation:
- the request will be reviewed as soon as possible ;
- if accepted, the refund will be processed directly to the original payment method, with no physical return of the product required.
Article 5 — Fees
No fees are charged to the customer for a refund request. The refund is processed directly, without physical return of the product.
Article 6 — Defective, Damaged Products or Order Errors
The customer must inspect their order upon receipt.
In the event of a defective, damaged upon receipt, or non-conforming product, the customer must contact customer service at contact@pitchandstreet.com as soon as possible, attaching at least 2 photos and a video clearly showing the defect. Any request lacking these supporting documents will be automatically refused. No physical return will be required: a full refund will be issued directly to the original payment method after verification.
Article 7 — Non-Refundable Items
In accordance with applicable legislation, the following items are not eligible for a refund:
- jerseys that have been worn or washed, even once ;
- hygiene or personal care items ;
- gift cards ;
- used, worn, damaged, or incomplete products ;
- products presenting health or safety risks.
Article 8 — Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we invite you to submit a refund request and then place a new order.
Article 9 — Refund Processing
After reviewing the request and supporting documents provided, the customer will be notified by email of the acceptance or refusal of the refund.
If the refund is approved:
- it will be processed to the original payment method ;
- within a maximum of 30 business days from the date the request is approved.
Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.
If more than 30 business days have passed since the refund was approved, the customer may contact customer service.
Article 10 — Right of Withdrawal – European Union
In accordance with European regulations, the customer has a legal period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification, including for a product in good condition.
After this period, only defective or damaged products are eligible for a refund under our 30-Day Guarantee (see Article 11).
Withdrawal requests must be submitted by email to contact@pitchandstreet.com within the legal 14-day period. The refund will be processed without requiring physical return of the product.
Article 11 — Our 30-Day Guarantee
The "30-Day Guarantee" displayed on our Site refers exclusively to our guarantee against manufacturing defects and damage upon receipt. It means that any defective or damaged product will be fully refunded within 30 days of receipt, subject to providing the required supporting documents (minimum 2 photos and a video clearly showing the defect).
It does not constitute a right to a refund for personal convenience or change of mind, which is governed exclusively by the legal 14-day right of withdrawal under European regulations (see Article 10). After this 14-day period, no refund will be granted for a product in good condition.
