Article 1 — Overview
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the site www.pitchandstreet.com, operated by GMA INVEST SARL-S, trading as Pitch & Street.
By accessing the Site, the user acknowledges having read these Terms and accepts them without reservation.
Article 2 — Site Access and Eligibility
Access to the Site is reserved for adults or individuals with the required legal authorization.
The user agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when requested.
Any fraudulent or abusive use of the Site may result in the suspension or termination of access to services.

The account is personal, non-assignable, and non-transferable.

The Seller makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information published on the Site.
However, errors, omissions, or inaccuracies may exist. The Seller reserves the right to correct these at any time.
Article 5 — Payment Methods
Orders on the Site are settled exclusively through the following payment methods: Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, UnionPay), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Revolut Payments, and Bancontact.
PayPal is not accepted as a payment method on our store. No order can be paid through this service.
All transactions are secured and encrypted. The Seller does not retain any banking data from the customer.
Article 6 — Permitted Use of the Site
The user agrees to use the Site only for lawful purposes. It is notably prohibited to infringe intellectual property rights, introduce malicious software, collect data without authorization, or use the Site for fraudulent purposes.
Article 7 — Third-Party Tools and Services
The Site may offer access to tools or services provided by third parties, provided "as is" based on their availability. The Seller accepts no liability for their operation.

Pitch & Street creates original supporter jerseys and does not reproduce, imitate, or use any logo, emblem, badge, trademark, or distinctive sign belonging to FIFA, UEFA, or any other official federation, club, or sports organization.
Article 10 — Reviews, Comments, and User-Generated Content
When the user publishes reviews or comments on the Site, they warrant that they hold the necessary rights and grant the Seller a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use such content.
Article 11 — Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Site and with the GDPR.
Article 12 — Disclaimer of Warranties
The services offered on the Site are provided "as is" and "as available", without express or implied warranty. This disclaimer does not affect the mandatory legal guarantees applicable to consumers.
Article 13 — Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Seller shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the Site. The Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order.
Article 14 — Suspension and Termination
The Seller reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site without notice in the event of a breach of these Terms or unlawful conduct.
Article 15 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Luxembourg law and the applicable provisions of European Union law.
In the event of a dispute and in the absence of an amicable resolution, the competent courts shall be those of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
